PBOLIST: Our Mission Is To Organize
Real Estate Information And Processes In A Way That Allows For Transactions To
Occur Without The Assistance and Expense of An Agent.

We base our philosophy on a stance
that agents and commissions in general are partly to blame for the recent
credit crises.

Since our launch in 2009 we have
been fighting to bring down the illusion fiercely protected by large real
estate related agencies and trade associations.  We are a team motivated
to redefine real estate transactions and create a new platform that doesn’t eat
away at your home equity.
